Megan loves pens. Hopefully letting her write on paper every once in a while won't come back to bite us. I was watching her careefully because she was sitting in arms reach of the couch and I love my couch the color it is, free of scribbles.
Pete's Dad playing Guitar Hero. He actually did better than me...which isn't hard. I sucked, but hey its all in good fun right! His sister Maria is very good, she can play on expert or something.
Meg opening her animal train Christmas Eve. She was a little confused about the whole open presents thing at first! She soon figured it out though.
The animal train by Fisher Price was a good choice for Meg. It makes a little too much noise for Mom's taste, but she loves it. Thankfully I know how to shut it off and when all else fails remove the batteries.
We were given this angel costume and it won't fit us by Halloween so I thought she could wear it for Christmas. She looked so cute, but was not a fan of the "halo". It last long enough to take one picture and then she threw it behind her. Right now she goes through the room picking stuff up, looking at it, tasting it if necessary, and then throws it behind her or backwards over her head when she is no longer amused by it. It's funny to watch, but occasionally she doesn't clear her big noggin' and then it's not so funny.

Looks like you guys had a fun Christmas! We LOVE guitar hero at our house. In fact, after Zach goes to bed, Josh and I can frequently be seen and heard battling each other on GH 3. What a sad and lonely life we lead!
Meghan already looks so much older. Maybe you won't regret giving her pens. Perhaps she'll be a professional caligrapher!
